Refund Policy

At Signature Essence, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original packaging and sealed condition

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at signatureessence.store@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
