Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery We deliver across South Africa via The Courier Guy. Estimated delivery times:

• Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–3 business days
• Outlying areas: 3–5 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your delivery through The Courier Guy.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, The Courier Guy will make a second attempt or hold the parcel at a collection point. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.

Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at signatureessence.store@gmail.com.
